… Woodside Mills (also referred to as Woodside Village) is a project from Greenville-based Blackstock Development. According to presentations made to the city, Blackstock promises to pump $20 million into the project, which when completed will include approximately 38 residential lots, 135 apartment homes, and “commercial or flex-type space,” according to Seth Henry, a principal with Blackstock Development.

Both Henry and Bell noted the property’s proximity to a number of downtown features, including the Emanuel Sullivan Sports Complex and the Fountain Inn Activities and Senior Center, as well as the range of special events held in the city’s downtown…

A mixed-use development is planned by Greenville-based Blackstock Development at Spartanburg's West Main and Warehouse streets. Blackstock Development purchased property at 307 W. Main St. in 2018, and in 2019 purchased property at 331 and 355 W. Main St. Seth Henry, Blackstock Development principal, told The Post and Courier plans include developing between 250 and 300 market-rate apartments at the site…

 

“Fountain Inn taps into mill town legacy for downtown transformation”

MARCH 2022 - POST & COURIER, Greenville

…Blackstock Development plans to build three red brick, mill-style apartment buildings facing Fairview Street where Woodside Mill once stood, a total of 125 new units.

The Greenville-based developer is also planning to expand the existing mill village by building 38 workman style houses along Diamond Tip Boulevard. Across from the apartments, a commercial project is planned. The specifics of the retail space have not been finalized, but Seth Henry of Blackstock said something along the lines of a brewery and food hall are in consideration…
