Blackstock Development purchased this former night club property in 2018 with the idea to redevelop the property as a senior living community. Today, there is a 62,000 SF licensed senior living community that serves the west side of Spartanburg. Blackstock Development partnered with Restoration Senior Living out of Houston, Texas and opened this community in July of 2021. It exists as a thriving project that has achieved great success and most importantly offered a faith centered, high quality of care option for senior folks and their families.
